i'll try to make this short: i'm 21/f and for past couple days now i've been getting menstrual-like cramps and sometimes the cramping travels down my right leg (i've had this sensation before during my period). i know it's not my period because i had it a couple weeks ago. i just want to know what's going on. if it helps, i started a new workout routine that consisted of bending down a lot and my lower back's been sore. thanks for the help.

It could be a kidney stone as well, I had one not long ago and at first thought that it was cramping, but within the next few hours... I would have RATHER been pregnant. The pain starts in your lower back (I thought that my back hurt from driving for a long period of time) and then if the stone gets lodged in your ureter it can feel like cramping anywhere along your urinary tract and shoot down one leg. Mine was on my left side, so my left leg hurt. If you think this might be what you have, you should go to the ER to get an ultrasound.
