Any creams to tighten my stomach?

Question Posted Sunday August 7 2011, 1:13 pm

I want to lose 2 stone. That's my goal weight. If I do this, and I get loose skin, what can I use to tighten it?

The key to prevent loose skin is to slowly lose the weight. If you do some crazy diet + excercise, and suddenly lose the 2 stone, the skin will become loose. If however you slowly lose it at a steady, healthy and maintainable rate, then you will not have too much of a problem with the loose skin.

If however you want to solve the problem of loose skin, there are currently no creams available (you could use bio-oil, cocoa butter for getting rid of stretch marks etc), but surgery may be an option for you- it is pricey however, and complications can occur.

Hope i helped :)
