What is xbox 360 key?

Does any one hear about xbox 360 key (also called x360key)? Now this item is pre ordering on Fyygame, it is said that x360key will allow you to play all Xbox 360 you have saved on any USB reader or external Hard Disk. What is it ? When will this xbox 360 key be launched?

I have never heard of this before.
But it is almost the price of an xbox 360. SUre it looks like a great deal but you have to becareful when buying stuff online,., It could be a fake that looks like the real thing.

I would wait till you see it in stores as it seems fishy to me.
