Hello :)

Usually shops dont let you change shoes because:
1. If you have worn them, they can easily get damaged
2. For hygiene reasons.
But do try anyway. Give them a call, or go into the shop with your receipt.

In reference to your feet not growing, every body's body start and stops developing at different times. When the lady said her feet stopped growing, it doesn't mean yours will too. And you should have tried the size up. But thats a lesson you can learn :)

In regards to stretching your boots out, You can actually buy shoe stretching liquid- just google it. They may sell it online, on Amazon, or Wal-mart: I have never seen it though. You can also buy a shoe stretcher? Its the shape of a foot, and you can adjust it to the size you want and it will stretch the boot out.

If all else fails, then you can just wear them around the house, and let them shape around your feet. But do try to return them as wearing shoes that are tight can damage your feet + bones. I have however included a link below regarding stretching your boots:

Hope i helped :)

As long as you have a receipt then just about anything is exchangeable as long as it is returned within 30 days of the day you bought it. If you would like to know if they are for sure you can always pick up a phone and give them a call. Next time you might want to try things on before you buy them.
