How to make yourself get insomnia.

Question Posted Wednesday July 20 2011, 3:42 pm

How do you make yourself get insomnia? Please don't go telling me that I don't want to have it and crap like that. I have my reasons for needing to know that. So if you know, please do tell.

Its simple just mess with your internal clock so your body won't know when it should sleep, alternate your sleep patterns that way your body will adjust to your weird patterns and you'll have a hard time sleeping.
