So this past let's say week or 2 when I wake up in the morning I don't feel good & ibjabe a headache..it eventually goes away but I'm just curious as to what is going on! I've also have not had all that much sleep (maybe 6 or7 hours a night) & I am hungry when I go to bed so u don't know if that has anything to do with it?

A person should be getting no less then 8 hours of sleep a night, When I don't get enough sleep I am dizzy and have a headache for the rest of the day. Lack of sleep is known for headaches, Take it from someone who used to do 5 hours of sleep a night. It is not healthy.
Whatever you do, Try not to eat after 8pm. This is part of maintaining a healthy eating routine. A cause of headache could be lack of vitamins and nutrition so it is important to make sure you are also eating a good balanced meal though the day.
