crushing on close friends
what should i do if i like my friend who is dating someone else? He tells me he likes me and i like him. The only thing thats stopping us from dating is his girlfriend.

Step back. Out of respect for her you have to. How would you feel if you were dating someone and he was talking to another girl. That would crush you. If he really wants to be with you he would be. Also do you really think that it would work out I mean look what he is doing to this girl. He is with her and telling you he wants you. He is going to do the same thing when you are together. He will be with you and want someone else. Drop the boy like a bad habit and move on to someone who will treat you like the princess you are good luck anf best wishes

trust me, its not worth your time. I've been through drama like this and it never turns out well. All it does is cause drama and stress. What happens if he leave his girlfriend for you? wouldn't you feel guilty for breaking them up?? What if this girlfriend starts treating you horribly and tries to get him back? What if rumors start spreading? Always think about the consequences.
In my personal opinion, its easier to just stay out of it and wait until he's single and you're single. Its less drama and you'll be so much happier without the stress. And who knows, maybe you'll find a better guy than him. If he truly does like you.. he would dump his girlfriend for you. But since he's not making any moves.. i don't think he's worth it.
And plus, what if the same thing happens to you. What if you and him were dating, but he finds another girl he likes and then says "well i like her but can't date her because i'm in a relationship with my girlfriend (which is you)." wouldn't you feel horrible if that happened to you?? My point is- if he's doing that to his girlfriend right now.. there's no doubt he wouldn't do it to you too.
