I am 14 and I have always had really irregular periods and there is no way for me to really predict when my next period will be, are there any really prominent signs that will be a heads up that i will be starting my period soon?

If you get an idea of a pattern, no matter how wonky it may be, you'll feel more prepared. Secondly, pay attention to how your body changes through out the month. Your acne, discharge, breasts, and even clothes will change through out the month. Typically, when everything begins feeling tender and sensitive your period on its way.
