I'm worried about my friend I think my friend is anorexic. She wasn't really that fat in the first place but she's lost a lot of weight. Don't get me wrong i'm happy for her but also worried too. She also never ate lunch at school which was really weird because everyone eats lunch! She even stayed after school everyday from 3:30-5:00. I don't want to hurt her feelings but I'm worried about her. What should I say or do?

Minding one's own business is usually a good thing, but not when it comes to this anorexia/bulimia nonsense. You reach out to your friend about it. If you can see her ribcage she is too thin. Women are built to carry some fat on them, which makes them soft, hippy and fun to hug and more. When they get anorexic, they lose what makes them nice to look at (hips, boobs, butt, and the face starts looking gaunt, which is not attractive). ]
I would talk to her about it. Be like I dont want to hurt your feelings I am just looking out for you because you are my friend. Are you anorexic. But just because she doesn't eat lunch doesnt mean shes aneroxic. I work monday - friday I eat oatmeal for breakfast and I dont eat again until supper time. Maybe an apple for lunch if im really hungry but usually nothing. ]
anorexia is a very dangerous eating disorder is you believe this is going on then you need to talk to her... let he know that you are not trying to offend her in anyway but you are worried about her... if she doesnt want to hear it and you still think she may have a problem you need to talk to her parents immediatly... if she is anorexic she can die from it get her help good luck best wishes ]
