Weird purple-ish dots on my arm? First of all I know it isn't busted capillaries because its really high up on my arm and I haven't done anything lately that could cause that. It's these weir little purple dots on the upper part of my arm and they don't itch or hurt or anything they are just...there. I do have a skin condition called eczema but that usually itches and is red. What I'm wondering is if it could be just another part of my eczema or is it something else?

I have a condition called Keratosis pilaris or `Chicken Skin`. It causes little bumps on my upper arm, that are usually red sometimes purple. Perhaps this is what you have. Google some pictures and check it out, if it looks familiar, or you think it`s something different altogether, make an appointment with your doctor and ask a professional!
Hope this helps :) ]

We aren't doctors and even if we could diagnose your condition we couldn't because we cannot see the actual arm. I would contact the doctor that you have for your skin condition and tell him/her about the bumps and have them figure it out. Be sure to note if they change color or appearance. Once you see the doctor you'll know for sure what it is. ]
