Eww, are they harmful? I just hit a fly on the wall. It then landed on my bed. But it wasn't squashed yet. I put it on a piece of paper to check it out. I put the paper on my dresser & began poking the poor thing with a pen that happened to be nearby. After a couple of pokes and pushes, a white goo-like substance slipped out. At that point I figured it was just the guts, until these "Guts" started moving. I was quite startled. There were multiple crawlers, they were white and seemed to have no body parts. I then grabbed a bottle of hand sanitizer and began pouring it upon these creatures, but they swam right through. I then took off to dispose of the crawlers. If any were to get loose, is there any chance that they can do harm to humans?

I belive that if they were big enough for you to see, white, and looked like they had no body parts that they were just the fly's larva (babies). And no, they will not harm you. They might feel odd if you step on one, but they wil not physically harm you. Hope this helped!
And for the added on part, it just depends on the fly. There can be a lot or a few. That is more of a question for an entomologist (person who studies bugs). I would like to be one, but I do not know the answer to your question. I would say that there could be a large number of them though. Hope this helped! ]
They were probably larva you know, maggots? You probably squashed a pregnant fly. ]
