being innocent means that you are a goody good girl. Meaning- you're innocent in everything. You are honest, loyal and don't hide anything. You're never suspicious and you're kind and caring. If someone started something bad like a rumor, he would think that person could be anybody except you. Because you are too innocent and nice to have started something bad like a rumor.
Having a fresh view life means you always look on the bright side. If something goes wrong, instead of thinking about the bad things, you look at the good things. "fresh view" can also mean feeling like everyday is a new beginning. Not dwelling on the past and always looking forward to something new.
These are good qualities to have :) so he's giving you a compliment!
