The body needs Protein, Fiber, Calcium, and all sorts of vitamins.
Starving yourself for long periods of time can cause hair loss, liver and kidney failure, rapid weight loss due to slow metabolism etc. This of course is if you do it for a good length of time.
It isn't healthy to just munch of cucumbers and drink shakes, Healthy is exercising and dieting. If you want to clean out your system you can drink cranberry juice but make sure you eat properly because the foods you list above........You lack nutrition. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]

If you're looking to lose weight, the only way is general healthy eating and exercise. Starving yourself or going on radical juice or no carb diets don't work. Most times they'll actually slow your metabolism which will cause you to gain weight rapidly once you begin eating again, then the cycle starts again until you give up or slip into a repeated cycle of starving and gaining.
Small life style tweaks will yield a better over-all result if you work with your metabolism instead of against it. [ mcat's advice column | Ask mcat A Question ]
