Vacation for 2 1/2 months, leaving boyfriend??
Hi, I'm 17 and from NY. The issue I'm having is that I'm going to SC for 2 1/2 months from August-End of October, and I'm leaving my boyfriend behind :/. This "vacation" is kind of forced on me for several reasons, but overall the thing is I HAVE to go and stay until the end of October, then I can come back. But, what will happen between my boyfriend and I? Will things change? I'm thinking of leaving it up to him whether or not he wants us to still be together or not because I know it would be rude of me to tell him to wait for me and everything. What do you think??

That all depends on how long you two have been together/how strong your relationship is, etc.
If you think this will put a strain on your relationship and you would rather be single, explain that to him and end it.
Or talk to him about it. See what his feelings toward the situation are and base your decision off his feelings in regard to your own.
