How do I get a guy that I like to notice me? What do I need to do to actually flirt with them?

You're asking the wrong columnist on this one. GUYS DON'T LIKE ME WAHHHHH.

Really, just be yourself. Yeah, it's cliche, but if you just go with the crowd, you'll never stand out! To flirt, smile, laugh, and be willing to break the touch barrier. I don't mean grab his crotch, but don't be afraid to lightly touch his shoulder in conversation. Make eye contact during conversation. Be confident. If you don't love yourself, no one will!
