Don't force them to do anything they don't want to. When they are ready, they'll do it themselves. You can hint at it but you shouldn't have to force them to ask you out.. Just be flirty and nice. Maybe you should make the first move. Ask them to a movie or to dinner. Or even just to hang out. Just be yourself and if they like you for who you are, then things will just happen naturally. If it's meant to be, then it will just happen.
