How do you get someone to believe they are pretty when they hate the way they look? She really is beautiful!
I have been trying to get my girl friend to admitt she is pretty she is gorgouse and alot of guys hit on her. And tell her she is pretty but still she calls her self ugly and unattractive i tell her how pretty she is everyday. And she is saying i misslead her into believing she is pretty idont know what to do ??????

this girl sounds like she just wants compliments! She knows how gorgeous she is, and girls say this all the time so you or a guy/girl will say "no your gorgeous!" or "you have nothing to worry about!" girls love to hear compliments about themselves ....so she may just be doing this for a compliment!

Unfortunately, there really isn't anything you can do. Self-confidence comes from where the name implies: oneself. She has decide she's pretty for herself. The best thing you can do is remind her that she is attractive and be supportive. As she gets older, she'll eventually learn to accept herself.

she probably actually thinks she is hot, but is only saying that she is ugly so that she can hear good feedback from you... Alot of girls are like that. They try and seem like they are ugly, to make people jealous, or kind of a way of bragging. But then they go home and strip naked, and look in the mirror, and whisper "I am so fucking hot". Thats how they are. If you really think this girl is hot, and if a lot of guys are hitting on her, she might just be saying she is ugly to tease you. Girls are interesting creatures, man.

a lot of girls are insecure about themselves.. just look at what people think is beauty these days. flip through any magazine, and youll see why girls dont feel as pretty as we should because of someone elses idea of gorgeous.

you just need to try to boost her confidence. when she tells you that shes ugly and anattractive, tell her ALL of the reasons why she is beautiful to YOU. remind her of all the qualties that are so attractive to you.. maybe its her eyes, or her smile, or her hair.. or all of the above. but be specific ! and dont forget to tell her that shes crazy for thinking this and that she needs to look in a mirror or see herself through your eyes, because shes beautiful to you.
its going ot take some time... if shes really insecure about herself, a lof sweet talk is gonna come in handy :] time is key.
