Why is this guy looking/staring at me?
This Guy at my work is always looking at me, but when I turn around to look at him, he noticed that I`m looking at him, then he quickly drops his eyes to contract on a costumer. But when I go over there to help, we talk and he looks right into my eyes. What does this mean hes 19 and I`m 25

because of the age difference, my guess is that he's too shy to tell you he likes you.
or he could just be one of those weird people that always gives people blank dumb looks.. there's this girl in my physics class that will always stare at random people for like 2 minutes straight (no joke) and literally have no expression on her face. Its like completely blank and stupid looking. its really weird. but anyways, try to tell what his emotions are by his facial expressions. if he's smiling, he might like you. if its just a straight/serious face, then thats creepy.... haha

My guess would be that he likes you, and maybe does not know how to express himself to you. Has he ever had more then a conversation with you other then work related?
