crystal light pure pt 2

Thanks for your answer! I do realize plain water is best, but i wanted to mention i think crystal light has truvia. So is it stoll safe to consume as opposed to the asperteme?

Yeah, Truvia isn't terrible for you or anything, it's just a chemical version as opposed to the natural stevia plant.
Another good option that I forgot to mention is the Vitamin Water Zero- it's sweetened with stevia, too.
