Suicide fixes nothing and leaves behind a trail
of pain for those who love you. I can think of nothing you could have done or has been done to you that with the help of others cannot be rectified in some manner that is acceptable.
If you are feeling suicidal at this time pick up the phone and dial 911 now. The people at the 911 call center are there to help you and will send help to you. You can also call the; National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-TALK (8255): a 24/7 free and confidential, nationwide network of crisis centers. The crisis worker who takes your call will work with you to find some one in your town you can go to for help.
Please either call 911 or call the suicide prevention hotline.
To answer your question: There is no painless way to commit suicide. How do I know this? As a member of a fire department rescue squad I have seen my fair share of overdoses and other things. They are all painful not only to the patient but to their loved ones, and to us who try to rescue them. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

And life can still hold wonderful joy and hope. [ kelleykat's advice column | Ask kelleykat A Question ]
