The fastest way for hair to grow is by getting it trimmed once a month. I do that and my hair is growing. If you straighten and curl your hair, use heat protection sprays and also shampoos that prevent damage.

Trim the ends of your hair every 6-8 weeks and wash it in cold water, try not to damage it, the healthier your hair is the better it will grow.
