why do we use soaps

just throwing this out there, but perhaps we use soaps to stay clean? your body produces a bunch of oil, you shed massive amounts of skin particles, sweat.... and the most effective tool we've made to deal with this laundry list of stuff is soap. do you know what its like to go for thirty days without bathing? its disgusting, your whole body itches and crawls... and parasites get involved... its not pretty.
did that explain it?
