If your the penatrator then you really have nothing to worry about as in safe wise, its more making sure that your partner is safe and comfortable. If your the one being penatrated, it isnt so much safe as in confortable. Honestly you really just need to find aposition that doesnt hurt and is comfortable for you. There is the general positions which are pretty easy and "safe". The regular would be the man laying ontop of you while your on your stomach. You could also try laying on your back and just lifting and spreading your legs. If your not comfortable with either try going on your hands and knees as he goes in you while on his knees. Their are many different positions for sex, you mainly need to find a position that you like and find comfortable/ enjoyable.
