There's no age you "need" to be. But a first kiss is something you never forget, so make sure you don't force it. Trust me, it'll happen when it happens, until it does, don't worry about it.
I was 17 when I had mine, my sister was like 12. So there really is no set age. When the time comes, you'll know it; just make sure you don't waste it on just anybody ;)

Any age you feel ready. I'd advise you're in a relationship tho-don't hook up with a stranger. Though oral sex is illegal untill you're 16.
