Pain everyday and the doctor doesn't know what is wrong with me.

I live with pain everyday and the doctor dont know what is wrong with me.I have diabetes,nuropthy,rumartard arthristis.But i feel different types of pain everyday,Like a squezzeing pain anround my chest and back,a piercing pain in my side,my whole back has a extreme throbbing pain going from my kneck to my hips,Sore spots all over my body where the lightes touch takes me to my knees,i cant stand,or walk long.sitting and lying down hurts i pee constantly like every 15 minutes.I had pacraritise twice,and my appendix taken out and all this pain came on me all at once during october 2008 and has not stopped since.I do take tramadol for pain.I have lost even more whaight since 2008 went from 260 to 215 before around 2004 i went from 360 to 260 in about a year.Does anyone have any ideas the doc might think i have fybermialgya to but who knows and the latest syptom has been exreme pain in my eyes and eylids along with blury vision.
And yes, if you can't sit, stand etc. etc. and are in constant pain than you've got an emergency worthy of hospital help. I would walk into an emergency room and tell them this plus the fact you can't see well and let them piece it together. By waiting on this other doctor you may be making your health worse.
