These can be symptoms of a neurological problem. See a doctor right away. Bed-wetting plus headaches at your age are not normal at all. Not at all. Please make an appointment as soon as possible.

If you have male partner and have been having unprotected, even protected intercourse, there is a possibility that this could be pregnancy, as pregnancy as many different forms of symptoms, such as headaches, nausea, frequent urination (sometimes even resulting in wetting yourself), weight gain possibly even loss, change in mood, cravings for foods. If you have taken pregnancy tests and the results have turned to be negative, then I would suggest talking to your physician, as this could be a sign of something more serious.
