hey so for the past couple months i've been trying to get in shape for summer and working out every day. i've never had any period troubles in the past but ever since then i haven't gotten it since. i think i got it today but i'm not sure because its reallyyy light and dark..like brown. i dunno. is this normal? oh and i'm not sexually active so i'm not pregnant.

yeah its normal. It can happen before your period (also known as spotting) or it actually is your period. It might just be dried up blood. Its no big deal :) you won't die or anything haha.

Also, spotting and irregular periods are more common for athletes because their bodies are always changing and either becoming stronger or weaker. So since you're working out every day, it could just be that :) I wouldn't worry.
