playing around vs. sincere interest in someone
If someone flirts with you daily, is there any way you can know that it's more likely sincere interest rather than something they're doing for fun?

Flirting generally means interested. but to be sure,., ask them out on a date? and see what theyy say.. The worst that could happen is that they say no. and that it was just for fun.

Ask them out for coffee or lunch sometime. If they readily agree, then they probably like your. But if they make up a lot of excuses, then they're more likely just being friendly or already in a relationship. I hope this helps and good luck.
