Question Posted Sunday March 27 2011, 10:59 am

How do you fly a double down? I am a flyer about 90 lbs and next year try want us to have double down, or very close to it. I don't have a stunt team to practice with right now so how can I practice a double down without anyone lifting me in the air. And how do I do one? I have no idea I feel like I'll move all over the place. I know to stay tight but are there any tricks I can do that will help me stay tight or make it very easy? And how do I single down from a scorpion, heel stretch and scale? Any tricks and big tips? Thank you soooo much! I'll rate answers! :)

Hey girl! So I'm assuming you gave a full? Pretty much to do a double down you do the same thing. Don't turn your hips! Whip your arms behind you. Or hands in your back pockets as my coach says. Chin tucked into your shoulder a you'll spin :) the harder you whip it the more you spin so whip it hard! Also practice on a tramp or a bed even! Jump really high up and once you reach the top of your jump withh a high V whip it down like a full and land on your back
