Its tru though alot of docs dont wash their hand sits gross and its the first step your suppose to take in infection control!! As a dental assistant I was my hands prob 20 times a day if not more .. There is no law about hand washing they do teach every medical proffesional about standard precautions which means your suppose to treat everone as if there were infected! ]
They wash their hands with anti-bacterial soap,
However according to Healthy Living..Some Doctors don't wash their hands. (Yuck!)
#1: Doctors DON’T Wash Their Hands
It’s common knowledge that washing your hands is the best way to avoid getting sick and prevent the spread of germs and infection. Most people wash their hands before preparing food or treating wounds and after they use the bathroom or handle dirty objects, like money or diapers.
It’s been reported that 60% of doctors don't follow hand-washing guidelines. ]
