what type of lawyer do i need?

I was raped/molested. What type of lawyer would I need to contact about that?

Just see the police. They know exactly what steps to be taken and will if enough evidence to support arresting someone for it and charging them they will at that time. And yes the accused needs a criminal attorney likewise yourself.

Criminal Lawyer. If it was a family related issure... then maybe go through family oriented service would help. Definitely social workers and counselors have all the connects though...
