You might not have enough body fat. Body fat is used as an insulator. If you have the recommended or average amount, you should have a regular temperature. However, if you are underweight then you would get colder a lot easier.
You could have anemia. It's a condition where you have an iron deficiency. I'm not sure the reasoning behind it but you should talk to a doctor if you think you have this. You can Google "anemia" for symptoms.
You could have hypothyroidism or a slow thyroid. Not sure the reasoning behind this either but look into the symptoms and see if you have any.
Candida overgrowth could be another reason. It's yeast that lives in the body that can be treated with antibiotic.
