It's too late in the year to switch courses now so you may have to start again next academic year. You may also have to reapply as different courses often have different entry requirements and quotas.
Before you go to see your guidance tutor, try to think about what you don't like about your course. Is it the content or the university itself? What would you rather being doing instead?
It's late in the academic year so if you don't like your course now it's unlikely you will start to like it soon but try having a look at the content for next year. Does it interest you more? Is there flexibility with modules? I'm in my first year of a Politics degree and I haven't really enjoyed it so far because it's all very basic and I can't choose my own modules but next year will be much more interesting so I'm sticking it out. If this isn't the case for you though then do something now. You don't want to spend three or four years on a course you hate and end up with a mediocre degree because you didn't give it 100%.
