Should tell him
So there's this guy I absolutely adore and we had history but not like dating and stuff like that and lately I haven't been able o sleep because I've been so mad at myself for not taking chances! I really like him because I don't know but lately well actually after summer it was awkward and it has been getting better but now he goes to a different school and I miss seeing him everyday and I've been thinking so much that I can't sleep do you think I should tell him? And how? Like in just going to do it over a text or fb private message. My one friend thinks it'll make it more awkward my other one thinks that I should just tell him so? What now please help I'm desperate in lala land kinda in love?

Tell him in person. A text or facebook message can be intercepted or mistranslated. You need to make your intention clear. Just have some guts and do it. You never know how it could play out but if you really like this guy you don't want to miss a chance and wonder later what you could have had. Plus there's plenty more people out there if this falls through. Good luck.

I'm no expert but I think you should tell him. If you wait too long your chance will be gone. How you do so depends on what you want to do. I honestly think you should do it in person to make it more believable. Good luck!
