LiSaxOBaBii answered Wednesday February 23 2011, 10:20 am: You can have any type of food in your diet without gaining weight.
As long as you take in less calories than you burn, you won't gain weight.
Say, you normally eat 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight and at the end of the day you have only eaten 1600 calories...if you would like, you can eat 400 calories of anything you want (even candy coated pecans) without gaining any weight.
