There is no reason to stress your self. Ill tell you a true story. I was 14 years old (almost 15) when I got pregnant with my first and I semi knew who the father was but there was a chance it could of been someone else. The guy that (semi) stuck around to responsibility for that child when my son was 2 I finally had a DNA test to get child support for my son. I was so scared that he wasnt the father but it turned out he was. You have nothing to worry about after your child is born in the hospital you can request for a dna test with both men or at least one of them. just remember you are having a tough time right now and you need to worry about that baby and taking care of your self worry about that later. You could also go to the doctor and see how far along they believe your pregnancy is and base it off of when you had sex, but chances are if it was on the 25th you probably got pregnant on the 28th or 29th since thats when the sperm reaches the egg, or if it was the 1st it was probably the 4th or 5th. It would be hard to tell by your due date since they were so close. Sorry if this was confusing! I was trying to base it off my knowledge from my womens health class. Good luck!! NinjaNeer answered Friday February 11 2011, 9:55 pm: It could technically be either man.
However, December 25th falls on day 5 of your cycle. January 1st falls on day 12. The general assumption is that ovulation (the time when you are most likely to get pregnant) occurs somewhere near day 14. It may happen at any time, or even multiple times during your cycle, so it's not entirely reliable.
So it's more statistically probable that it's Mr. Jan 1, but you can't know until your baby comes and you can do a DNA test to find out for sure. [ NinjaNeer's advice column | Ask NinjaNeer A Question ]
