accused of theft
I went into a store to purchase a phone, I meet with the woman behind the counter and she was working alone. I discussed with her the price of the phone and decided that i wanted to buy it, i gave her my cc and she stated that she did not accept cc, so i left went to the ATM took the money out and went back. I had to swap my information over to the new phone an gave her my personal information and she walked away from me I stood there for a while waiting for her. While I was waiting I saw some on the other side of the counter reach behind and take a phone out and put it in there pocket. The woman behind the counter walked right over to him and didn't even notice what he did. He then walked pass me and asked me if I was buying a phone. I pointed to the phone that I was about to purchase. He grabs the phone and walks out the store. I was so scared didn't know what to do because I didn't see the lady so I walked out the store. When I got home she had someone else call me to tell me that the phone was missing and that I came into the store with the guy and one of us took the phone, she has it on camera and that she was going to call the police. I then went back to the store to inform the lady that I didn't take the phone, as soon as she saw me she started saying give me back the phone and something about the guy she has it on camera. I explained to her that I would not give her my personal information an then steal the phone. Could I have warrant? What should I do

If she calla the cops call a law firm and get an attorney. Let her call the cops anyways because you know what the guy looks like and what his voice sounds like. You can give this information to the cops...which will help your case.

That's for your advice, so far I haven't heard anything else about it, just keeping my fingers cross that the cops don't show up knocking on my anytime soon.

I hope you realize that the problem looks like this: On camera, the thief walks up to you, talks to you (if they have sound recording it could help you,) then you point at a phone, which he takes... then you follow him out of the store.
So, remember, to someone watching the tape without sound, it looks like you two were working together.
Now for the good news: Nobody is dumb enough to go into a place and give their real information, then steal a phone. I would go to the store and insist on speaking with the boss or owner. If this fails, I would go to the police and tell them what happened.
A note for the future: If someone commits a crime in your presence, don't run away... it makes you look guilty of working with them. Had you stayed standing there until the woman came out, or better yet called for her to come out and tell her what happened, this would not have turned into a problem.

Just contact the store manager and explain to him what happen or even talk to the police department about it. No you will not have a warrent. exspecially if they don't even know who you are. Explain to them that the man asked you if you were buying a phone and you pointed to the phone you getting ready to purchase when he reached over the counter took the phone and walked out of the store. just tell them exactly how it happened.
