Okay So I am on the depo shot. I get it every 3 months but I have pelvic pain, im tired , nauses and have even thrown up. Im scared I might be pregnant is that even possible. Ive had prego tests and just a month or so ago I was having really bad pain and the doctor i seen felt my stumoch and asked if i was pregnant i said not that i know of?? I am confused.

He should have given you a pregnancy test. In my opinion, that was a bit negligent on his part. However, you should be aware of the possibility of ectopic pregnancy where the fetus develops outside of the uterus. This is a potentially dangerous condition that can lead to internal bleeding. While I'm not saying this is what you are experiencing, you should be aware of the possibility. Please see another doctor asap if your symptoms persist. Hope this helps. If you are still worried that you may be pregnant despite negative home pregnancy tests, schedule an appointment with your doctor. Mention that you're having some pregnancy symptoms and that you have tested negative before. They may send you for a blood test (which is far more effective) or even an ultrasound to make sure you're not.
