How do I get someone to follow me on Twitter?

i dont know this person,
but i know who they are! :)
and i followed them on twitter.
and wrote to them, but they cant see it
until they follow me!!?!???
how do i get them to follow me.
never met this person btw!

Hi there,
In every twitter account there are two features that will let them know about what you wrote:
The mention list and the person's timeline view of their account.
They will see it there, and they will follow you if they feel like it.
You can also e-mail them if they post their e-mail, or if they have a blog, you could comment there.
