Hi there,

I am afraid we will need more info for this. In what context is it asking? Is it asking when you try to print, or...?

Does this happen with a certain program? If so, which program is asking for the information?

If possible, please upload a screen capture to tinypic.com or some other image host so that we can see what you are seeing and give you the best answer possible.

Thank you.
