The best way to see how healthy your weight is, is by calculating your Body Mass Index (BMI). This is an online calculator which will do that for you -[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
If you are underweight, but you still feel like you aren't, it may be a good idea to see your doctor, because there is a disorder called Body Dysmorphic Disorder which causes the sufferer to obsess over their weight constantly even though they are not overweight. If you want to know how to maintain your current weight, this calculator can tell you exactly how many calories you should consume a day - [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
All you need is to lead a healthy lifestyle with some regular exercise and you will stay toned, it's just getting a good balance and getting into good habits. If you are worried though, please do get professional advice. Hope this helps :) [ Fearne's advice column | Ask Fearne A Question ]
