well, i discovered a medicine called "catafast" its not pills its a packet with a white powder medicine that you empty in water and drink. it instantly relieves the pain. but i dont know if its sold in all countries, so you'll have to check. it has side effects like all medications but I've never experienced any. so i'd say if you use it ask your doctor first just in case. other wise, another way to get rid of the pain but takes longer the the meds, it to fill like a sack with warm water and put it on your stomach and the areas that hurt that works best when your sleeping, it might work with you. hope that helped a bit.

There's a lot of ways to be rid of cramps. First off, midol is your best friend. It relieves all kinds of menstrual symptoms, such as bloating and cramps. Next, apply heat to that area. Maybe try a heating pad or a warm cloth. Then try relaxing, do something that'll distract you, like watching a movie or taking a nap. Hope this helped!

Try to get your mind off of it! Get distacted by doing what you love! Like playing outside or hanging out with your friends! Drink some juice or something...(seriously) or maybe some soda to soothe your stomach. Since its carbonated it will help your stomach. If that doesn't work take some tylenol...If that doesn't work then talk with someone you trust on the phone, talking and sharing how you feel about pain will help relieve it. Tell your parents to take you out and get your mind off of it if your friends arent home. I hope this helps!:)
