Question Posted Sunday January 16 2011, 12:43 am

Since I got into 3rd year college, I always feel on a rush. It seems to me that I need to run before its too late. I want to be knowledgeable thats why i do a lot of reading which turns out to be im not finishing book i read because another book entered on my mind and feels the need to read that. I feel anxious because i might be too late for everything i want. Whats wrong? Help please? I want to be at ease.

In order to keep growing and learning, you have to allow time for unwinding as well. To do this, sit down and make a schedule for yourself, but allow time for just simply being alone and relaxing. Starting several books is great, just alternate and read a little of each when you feel the urge. You might also try some sort of physical exercise to help slow your mental race down some. You only have this one life and if you race through it too fast, you will miss lots of great things. You will have the time to become who you want to be if you also allow time to slow down.
