MsWisdom answered Monday January 17 2011, 5:31 pm: In order to keep growing and learning, you have to allow time for unwinding as well. To do this, sit down and make a schedule for yourself, but allow time for just simply being alone and relaxing. Starting several books is great, just alternate and read a little of each when you feel the urge. You might also try some sort of physical exercise to help slow your mental race down some. You only have this one life and if you race through it too fast, you will miss lots of great things. You will have the time to become who you want to be if you also allow time to slow down.
