I May be confused
Are you like 1 person? I saw how quick you were with me, or is it many people? You noticed my deleted q's and stuff. Are you the manager or something? With 1000's of people on this site, it'd be hard to believe that you're the only person running the site. And I see your e-mail thing. Wouldn't you get like a krap load of e-mails a day?

Sometimes I am speedier than other times. I just happen to catch the abuse report about your deleted answers, then be there when you wrote your second question about site operations.
Yes, I own and operate the site. There are almost 70,000 users plus the anonymous users who number in the hundreds of thousands, so it can be a bit much to keep up with.
Fortunately, I have a few superheros that are kind enough to help administer the site. We call them moderators around here. If you would like to find out more about them, or becoming one yourself, please read the FAQ section here:

... as for my e-mail... at the moment I have over 140,000 unread e-mails in my gmail inbox. I fall further behind every day by just answering the most urgent ones. E-mail is obviously not the best way to reach me. :-)
