Is there a way to easily, less painfully remove a Plantar wart from my skin and not have to pay a small fortune to accomplish that?
Please help me if you can or if you know somebody who could help me fix this problem I have asked them to advise me.
Thank you!

......Here is a clever, inexpensive, far less painful way to remove Plantar Warts from the palm of your hand or the sole of your foot. This is something that I learned to do on my own and have successfully removed 2 warts, the only warts I ever had in my life. I got them by walking barefoot in a health club shower floor. Whoops, I should've known better.
...... Normally, Plantar Warts are only able to be removed by either freezing them off which cost about $100 per visit to the doctor's office, and usually it takes about 3 to 5 visits and each time the doctor freezes the surface of your skin it burns and is extremely painful each time! Or, you could have it surgically cut or carved out of your skin. But, first you have to let the doctor inject the sensitive sole of your foot with a nerve numbing injection. But, the nerve numbing agent only makes your nerve sensors numb AFTER it's injected into your foot. In other words you feel the needle being pushed into your skin before the nerve numbing agent takes effect. And that alone is one of the most severe torture-like pains you'll ever feel probably in your entire life! A friend of mine had this procedure done to the one Wart he had about five years ago. All doctors who perform this procedure will schedule the appointment with the patient at the very end of the day when there are no other patients in his office. Why? I found out why while waiting for my friend in the waiting room during the procedure. When the doctor gave my friend three injections into the sole of his foot to deaden the pain of the Wart to be carved out of his skin, I heard my friend's reaction to apparently what was the worst pain ever felt in his life. I heard my friend screamed as loud as he could and used every nasty curse word, that's even too nasty to be put in the dictionaries. He screamed and cursed like this during each injection of the needle used to numb the pain of surgery to come. Apparently that's why the doctors perform this procedure at the end of the day when there are no other patients to hear a patient going through that torturous agony! my friend said that was the most pain he'd ever heard in his life, it was absolutely unbearable! But, he had to do it because no other procedure worked to remove that one Plantar Wart from his foot. That operation cost him $500. He said when he tried to have the same wart removed by freezing it off it cost $100 per visit and three painful freezing attempts were made but, it did not remove the wart completely and it returned one or two months later. He said he also tried letting a doctor put a small blue square acid tab on that wart which would slowly eat the skin surface away and eventually eat or burn into the wart that is under several layers of skin. He said that procedure and the follow-ups cost a total of $500 and guess what? Yes, the wart returned. So, after spending over $1000 and all the pain he felt trying to do this was ridiculous and a complete waste of time and money just to remove a nasty wart.
...... About a year later, it was my turn to be challenged with removing the two warts on my foot! But, there was no way that I was going to spend about $1000 and experience the worst pain that I could imagine! I was just going to leave the wart there. But, you cannot do that because it'll keep spreading through your body and pop up again on your feet or hands.
...... So, skipping all the details of how I figure this out, I'll just tell you how I was able to remove both of my Plantar Warts from the sole of my foot for about $10, two weeks time and far, far less pain than the other well known three procedures.
...... And here's how you do it. Buy one or two tubes of Compound W wart remover gel, not liquid. Also, buy a roll of 3M Transpore tape found in most drugstores. It's porous and made for placing on your skin for long periods of time and allows skin to breathe under it. It works great. Anything made by 3M is most definitely the best quality product in the world! No, I have no relationship with 3M other than experiencing their great products. Apply Compound W to a small piece of wadded up toilet paper or paper towel. The size of the wadded up paper should be about the size of an eraser head of a pencil. Once it is very moist with Compound W, flattened it out a little bit so that it fits over the Plantar Wart calloused skin bump where wart is under. Then, take pieces of that 3M tape and place it over the moistened wad of paper, over the wart. But, cleaned the surface of the skin around the war with alcohol to remove any oils from your skin so that the tape he can stick better. Make sure that there is about one inch of tape protruding the edges of the wart so that the tape holds well. Put your shoes and socks back on and let it stay that way for two days, yes two days. But, make sure you DO NOT walk on it or apply any pressure against the ground with that part of your foot. Because if you apply pressure to it you will spread the Compound W Gel outwards from the wart and start affecting the skin around it. You want Compounds W to work on that spot and just a little bit more around it ONLY. All doctors and nurses cannot tell you to throw away the instructions and ignore them. But, I can and no I am not a nurse or a doctor but, I know this procedure works incredibly well for me and I don't see why it won't work for you, also. After two days remove the tape and paper wad. By now you should have the top layer of skin over the wart white in color and tender. Try to remove the loose skin on the surface by using a very small and pointed pair of surgical scissors or just carefully pull it off. And don't worry about any pain yet because you are doing the work on your skin and you know how to regulate the aggression on removing the skin without it hurting too much. Take your time and remove as much dead skin on the surface as you can. Once you have opened up the surface above the wart apply another wad of paper with Compound W on it and place the 3M tape over it again. You must let it stay there for two or three days each time you do this. After about the second or third time you do this it will begin to burn a little bit. This is good because it's evidence that the Compound W is working its way towards removing the last bit of wart which is at your nerve endings under your three layers of skin. This is the most important part of removing all of the wart!!!! After it hurts or stings for a day you know you've pretty much removed all of the wart! Then, wash the area with soap and water and apply only a piece of 3M tape over it to keep dirt out while it is healing. And it will heal very quickly.
...... Removing the wart this way will leave no scars. Most other procedures for removing Plantar Warts leaves scars.
...... Here is how you can tell if you have completely removed the wart. Wait one, two or three weeks. During that time run your fingertips across the surface were the wart was and try to feel for any new bumps rising there. If after four weeks and the skin surface is smooth and normal then that means the wart was 100% removed!
......I don't have to tell you to get advice from your doctor. But, remember no doctor or nurse will tell you how to fix something on your body that they have not been trained for. And of course that does not mean there isn't a better way to fix the problem as I've shown you how to do here. . Want to answer more questions in the Health & Fitness category? SarahRocks answered Saturday January 1 2011, 1:59 pm: You need to go to a germotoligist. They will give you the choice of freezing it off or burning. I recommend frezzing, but thats just personally. You will need to see the doctor more then once depending on how bad it is. ....I have to go now write me back i will finish this. [ SarahRocks's advice column | Ask SarahRocks A Question ]
LOL_x0x answered Wednesday December 29 2010, 9:07 pm: Duct Tape. I had 4 plantar warts on my feet a few summers ago and used every over the counter treatment offered. Then, I tried Duct Tape and voila! They went away.

EDIT: Don't give me rude feedback for no reason. It worked for me and as a matter of fact, my DOCTOR who is HIGHER and more EDUCATED than a "dermatologist" recommended it to me. I DID talk to a doctor before trying it, jerk. And men don't have more skin on their feet. If you don't believe me, get some common sense. [ LOL_x0x's advice column | Ask LOL_x0x A Question ]
Matt answered Wednesday December 29 2010, 4:37 pm: DONTbeSTUPID may or may not be misclassifying Plantar Warts. Plantar warts are very different from regular warts, as they grow into the skin rather than out of it. Because of this, you cannot freeze a Plantar wart off. So maybe their advice is still relevant, but it's possible it's not if there is that large a discrepancy.
Anyway, I had three or four plantar warts on the souls of my feet about four or five years ago. A good dermatologist will not be carving it out of your foot; that is archaic and a good doctor wouldn't dream of doing that anymore. Today, the strategy that is used is acid wrapping.
Basically, the doctor wraps your foot in athletic tape, and beneath the tape is acid which is applied directly onto your Plantar wart area. It is not painful. After a few sessions of this, the wart will have been burned off and all will be well.
Be sure that you're seeing a dermatologist though; this is their area of expertise. A podiatrist (which is what I first went to and was ready to whip out the anesthetic and knife) will not be up to date on the latest techniques. [ Matt's advice column | Ask Matt A Question ]
