I have a maltipoo who is 6 months. She weighs 2 pounds and has thinner fur. She's very tiny and when I
take her out to go potty, she freezes! She has boots and a jacket. But they don't seem to help much. I'm trying to potty train her but I don't know, should I switch to like .. Litter box or something :/

Not all pet clothing is guaranteed to keep them toasty warm especially for the smaller pups. You're best bet is to try a Pee Pad! These are convenient for potty training indoors, It will take some time for your pup to get the hang of it but eventually she should pick up on it. :) When she does a poop in the house, Put it on her pee pee pad and eventually she will gradually get the picture.
