Well everyone is correct in the idea that everyone is different. There are a few exercises that you can do to make your breasts appear more perky.

#1. Bench press exercise. This exercise works the muscles underneath the breast tissue. Breasts are made primarily of fatty tissue and mammary glands.

#2. Push up Bras. Push up bras give the breasts a nice lift to improve the look in your clothing.

and lastly..(and yes, to everyone reading It really does help)

#3. Wear your bra to bed a night. The more you do not wear a bra the more gravity takes affect. Wearing a bra a night keeps the breasts elevated and also shapes the tissue into a more rounded look. The best types of bras to wear at night are sports bras and push up bras.

You can also rub vaseline on your breasts. Vaseline is the best moisturizer which will give your breasts a softer look and can often tighten the tissue.

Your mother is correct, everyone is different. Muscle toning and a proper fitting bra may help somewhat. You should ask your mother to take you to be properly fitted for a bra. You could call the a Department store near you such as Macy's to find out when their fitter will be available and make an appointment to be properly fitted.

For now exercise and a proper fitting is the most you can do as you are still growing and developing. When you are older , somewhere between 18 or older you can consult a plastic surgeon about a breast lift. This surgery cost in excess of $7,000 to $10,000 at this time, probably more when you reach an age that the plastic surgeons would be willing to do elective surgery for you.

Don't worry. :-) Everyone is indeed different. There are all different types of bras, to make every woman look great -- if you haven't ever had a real bra fitting, give it a try! Having a well-fitting, flattering bra really helps. Nobody is perfect, but you can feel more confident sometimes with the right lingerie.

well,im about your size and im 15.every girl ive know so far doesnt have perky breasts unless ofcourse they have breast implants (im not a pervert, its just that my girl friends arent afraid to change clothes in front of eachother) .Its really normal unless your breasts are sagging all the way down to the middle of your stomach. If so,Im not completely sure.

Hope I helped.

Sincerely your new friend,
Cuzin
