Why did my head shake when i woke up form a quick nap?

I was stressed out today and i came home and wrested. i laid in my bed with the tv on, my cell phone on, and my laptopp on. i don't know if any of that has to do with anything but i woke myself up form my nap with my head shaking. at first i was like, wtf? haha and then i forgot if it was the morning or what day it was. then i was like ohhhhhh hey it's monday! i was tired! and i woke up from my nap! but now the back of my head kinda hurts and my ears. is it stress? allergies? i don;t even know if i fully took a nap. i wrested my eyes and my mind started wondering. i remember i started thinking about EMF waves and Tests and and then i guess i fell asleep for a few minutes, but i woke up to my head shaking. is it head trauma? what is that anyways? i'm so confusedd on what to think. my mom thinks it's too small of a problem to see a doctor for so that's why advicenators is where i am turning to, because there are some doctor's on here i guess. i am really scared to fall asleep tonight, because i'm scared of seizures and brain aneyorisms and tumors. what do you think? i am so scared those are my worst fears. I had strep one time and i had a fever so bad ( didn't know i had a fever) but i was shaking like having a seziure and the hospital took it really serious they started taking xrays and blood work and wouldnt let me leave. have you hit your heat recently? if not its not a head trauma. You could of had a bad dream and woke up scared from it. If you have a lot of stress going on in your life i suggest you see a councler. they really help and they may say you need some medicine to help you. stress can be very serious it can also make you want to do stupid things. which can be scary. stress also has an affect on your body. the way you think. the way you eat. the way you go the the rest room. you can have stumoch pain. i even get panic attacks and trust me once you have panic attacks they never really go away you just have to learn to control them and thats just more stress on your life.
