What are the signs and symptoms of a miscarriage in a teen mother to be? I'm 16/f and 3 months along pregnant. Today I woke up and haven't been feeling good but not the usual morning sickness feel. I'm having these weird cramp like pains in my lower half and I spotted blood all day now. I am afraid to tell my mom because I just told her I am pregnant and she's really freaking out about that. What do I do? Do you think I'm miscarrying? What are the signs of a miscarriage? I don't want to lose my baby and I'm scared.

Tell your mother first off it will bring you closer together because she will have concern for you and the health of your baby.. Second go to the doctor cramps normal i had them with my daughter spotting normal it happens my cousin had it but get it checked ! ]
Go to the doctor ASAP. Your symptoms don't mean you are definitely having a miscarriage, but the cramping and bleeding are good signs that you might be. You need to tell your mom and get to the doctor! ]
NO I READ YOUR QUESTION JUST FIND U SAID YOU DINT KNOW IF U WERE HAVING A MISS CARRIGE AND I TOLD U WAYS OF CHECKING IF U WERE OR NOT ITS ONE THING TO ASK FOR ADVICE BUT DONT ACT STUPD WHEN YOU DONT HERE WHAT U WANT LEARN TO USE A CONDOM!
And u need to tell your mom miscarring can kill u and spotting is a sign of that if you loose to much blood you can helmerage and die! U need to go to the ER and have them check hcg levels if there going up your good if there going down not so good! Also your mom would rather have you and a baby in this world then not have you at all!! Tell her before its too late! ]
