Exercise during the day, early. Do not watch tv or get on the computer an hour before bed. Take a warm bath, buy a white noise machine, sip herbal tea before bed. Try taking a benadryl.

hello there,

you can be prescribed tablets from the doctors, they are free if you are on NHS or in full time education. I would advise you not to buy tablets or medication from a normal store. You should get them perscribed so you know what you are taking is actually what you are meant to take.

hope this helped

You can buy them at Walmart/Target, the drugstore, or a health food store. Look for the extended-release kind, so you can stay asleep.

Be careful, though, you can just as easily get dependent on melatonin as a regular sleeping pill.
